BREAKING: 19-year-old SMU student Robert Urrea fatally shot in Downtown Dallas around 3 a.m. Saturday morning. Police say Urrea walked up to the suspects’ vehicle and fell to the ground once it pulled away. A full investigation is currently underway, story to come.
